EARNING POTENTIAL
The house is cleverly constructed to include three 'working areas' which give onto a street with plenty of passing trade. Currently an art gallery and two studio spaces, there is scope for turning the spaces into a treatment centre, a retail outlet, a gite, or even more living accommodation.
The current gallery is big enough (70m sq) to hold up to a hundred people in comfort, and has been used for classes in pilates, singing workshops and conferences, as well as a much frequented art gallery.
Adjoining the gallery is a w.c. and also a dark room - an ideal space for voice-overs, or photography.
Behind the gallery are two well lit studios with adjoining doors, so that one can work in seclusion whilst still being in contact with passers by coming in off the street.
Studio One (40m sq.)
Studio 2 (40m sq)
The 'public' part of the house ends here, and takes us on to the living accommodation. See next page.
